100 E MAPLE ST was the site of various iron and brass foundries and machine works from 1903 to 1963+:  1903-04 Walling Iron Works; 1904-05 Whatcom Iron & Brass Foundry; 1905-1910 Bellingham Foundry; 1911 Peck’s Brass Foundry; 1913-1915 Bellingham Iron & Steel Foundry; 1930 Arthur Edson, electrical contractor; 1931 Handley’s Garage; 1931-1942 United Machine Works Inc; 1945-1959 Multi-Products Engineering Co Inc; and 1960-1963+ Commercial Machine Works.
