Counseling across Cultures Symposium
Walter J. Lonner Invited Speakers and Symposia Series
The Symposium was designed for practicing counselors and graduate students in the counseling field. Presentations and experiences demonstrated the relevance of assuming a multicultural perspective to gaining professional excellence in counseling. Presenters were authors contributing to the new editions of Counseling across Cultures (Sage Publications) and Counseling the Culturally Diverse (John Wiley & Sons), as well as other members of the Center for Cross-Cultural Research.
